Hexosapien is a new type of Humanoid Robot (US patent US10080697) being developed by SOC Robotics, Inc.  Hexosapien uses Stuart Platform hexapods for most of it's joints providing a range of motion closely duplicating human motion.   Hexosapien consists of 10 hexapods and 6 rotary actuators totaling 68 linear actuators.  Watch Hexosapien in action.
